In 2015, PWS faced a monumental challenge in streamlining its vast fleet of over 3000 assets spread across multiple locations. The existing system was proving inadequate, hindering operational efficiency and impeding capital planning.

Our engagement with Progressive Waste Solutions included application selection, requirements gathering, project planning, project management, application consulting, piloting, roll-out planning, data migration, integration with ERP, integration with multiple fuel systems, report and dashboard development, site start-up and ongoing support.
We successfully completed the pilot sites along with 10 of the largest fleet locations prior to the sale of the company to Waste Connections.
